Leasing Presentation Deck

This presentation deck was created for the leasing of a building in Downtown LA’s Chinatown neighborhood that was being renovated, repositioned, and marketed towards a hip, new tenant in the tech/start up sector. The client wanted the deck to exude the creative energy and flair that are synonymous with the culture of start up firms. The headings play off of the rugged, industrial elements of exposed ceilings and polished concrete, while the body type and infographics speak to the techy, digital nature of today’s most exciting companies. The color palette and design elements were extracted from the interior design, and help round out the look of the dynamic presentation deck.
